Software

Free and Reduced cost software available through the University

The University has licensing agreements with a variety of software publishers to provide free or reduced cost software for home or personal use by Faculty, Staff and Students.

(Software installed on UA-owned computers is separate from these licenses)

Microsoft Office

The UA has licensed Office 365 for all Student, Faculty and Staff use on both University-owned and personal computers; this includes locally downloadable copies of Office 365 Apps for both Windows and Mac as well as access to the full paid version of IOS and Android Office apps.

Adobe Creative Cloud

The UA has an agreement with Adobe granting all students access to the full Creative Cloud suite of applications. See Adobe.arizona.edu for details. Faculty and Staff can request access to the Creative Cloud suite by contacting helpdesk@pharmacy.arizona.edu. Both the Student and Faculty/Staff licensing is linked to the user's NetID; it may be installed on any number of computers (both UA and privately owned) but only two computers may be active at any time.

We can also arrange for machine-specific licensing of the suite (enabling any user on the computer to use the applications) for laboratory and classroom settings.

For further information see our Creative Cloud-specific page.

Other software

Other software is available at a discount through the Bookstore (students faculty and staff ) and the UA Licensed Software site.
