You may want to access your L:, O: and Q: drives from outside of our network.
You will need to be attached to our network in order to access these drives. To do this, you need to set up your computer or device to use UA WiFi or the Cisco Anyconnect VPN.
After you are successfully connected to the VPN, you can use these instructions to map your drives:
Drive mapping and unmapping instructions for Windows computers
Drive mapping instructions for Mac computers
About your drives:
Your storage space on the College of Pharmacy servers is split up in the following ways:
L: Your storage for your files. Only you have the ability to create, read, modify or delete files on this drive.
O: Our share area. This is for temporary storage of files. Anyone in the college is able to create, read, modify or delete any file in this folder. It is not meant for long-term storage.
Q: Our workgroups area. You may collaborate with other people in the college on various projects, and this is where those data are stored. Folders in these areas are secured by groups, and only members of the group have access to the data within each folder.
